Being a Toronto wedding photographer has been a lot of fun for us. We get to follow our brides and grooms to the most lavish venues and the most gorgeous sceneries. We’ve not only travelled all around Toronto but also around Ontario to cities like Niagara, Muskoka, Burlington, Hamilton and Oshawa. We feel very lucky to have this opportunity because we get to witness the most special days in people’s lives and create lasting memories to enjoy for generations. We do this by creating beautiful imagery.
We’re so used to seeing the work of a photographer – that is, what you see in front of our lenses. But I wanted to take you back behind the scenes to see all the work in producing our imagery and show you how we work on a typical wedding day or shoot! Come and see all the fun we have 🙂
Here we at Dundurn Castle in Hamilton shooting bride & groom portraits during Lisa Marie & Selim’s wedding day in this beautiful warm sunset light.
I loveeeee portrait time! Especially when we get beautiful light!
This is what I get in front of my lens… LOOK AT THIS LIGHT!!! LOOK AT THIS BRIDE!! Simply gorgeous 🙂
We also shot multiple combinations of their family portraits! Of course we allow your guests to participate in the fun with iPad off to the side too!
Your family wants to take photos with their phone? Instagram all you want. No problem! Come join us in the fun!
We headed over to Hamilton again for Rachel & Devin’s engagement shoot at Puddicombe Farm. Here’s me directing them! Everyone gets nervous in front of the lens for the first time!
Here’s what I get in front of my lens in this beautiful array of fruit trees! Puddicombe Farms is SO gorgeous!
Of course, with every bride we try our best to take care of your dress. Here we are walking through the Humber Arboretum, a beautiful garden and I am trying to keep Ashley’s wedding dress from dragging on the ground! We also try to ‘fluff’ the dress so that it looks beautiful in portraits 🙂
Here’s what it was like in front of my lens! Beautiful bride & handsome groom!
We also try our best to manage large bridal parties. Ashley & Jerven’s wedding had a total of 7 bridesmaids and 7 groomsmen!
I think one of the most exciting parts of the day is the bridal prep! Photographing Gillian in her hot pink Mrs Tatham robe!
More down the aisle shots, trying to keep out the way!
We try to keep bride & groom portraits as fun as possible and go to wherever location you request. Victoria & Denis wanted to shoot in this old European building and it sure suited them!
Here’s what we got there:
Here I am trying to keep out of the way at a Kelly & Morgan’s Muskoka cottage wedding! There wasn’t a great deal of room here on this dock! Here I am photographing the beautiful Hannah Bronfman presenting her gift to the bride & groom.
This is the shot I get of Kelly, the gorgeous bride and her wonderful new husband!
And did I say I just love beautiful light? AHHHH! A photographer who knows how to seek the light is a true photographer. At Barbara and Lou’s wedding at Piper’s Heath Golf Club in Milton, we had about 10 minutes downtime in between speeches during the reception. We pulled Barbara and Lou out for just those ten minutes to capture this amazing moment in this stunning light.
Here’s what we got 🙂
We love weddings. And we love capturing them.
