Rachel and Arjun are the sweetest people you’ll ever meet. Ever since we photographed their engagement session in at Tommy Thompson Park in Scarborough, I’ve been so excited about their wedding day. Despite both still being in school, they worked so hard to put together all the details of their wedding. They had transformed the West Rouge Community Centre into a spectacular wedding venue that was so cozy and intimate.
I love the fact that Rachel did a ‘first look’ with her father. It was such a beautiful moment that they will never forget and I am so glad we were able to capture. The bonds between father and daughter are so precious and I know that I will not forget my moment when my father sees me for the first time on my wedding day as well.
Their wedding ceremony at the Grace Christian Reformed Church of Scarborough was more beautiful and touching than I could imagine. And although it poured with rain throughout the entire time we had set for portraits, Rachel and Arjun have something about them that truly warms you heart. They have have such a sweet kind love for each other that I find so refreshing and special. I look back at these photos and although it was cold and wet, it brings a smile to my face because I know what amazing people and I truly admire them and their achievements. I also love how they kicked off by a very well put-together dance choreography!
Rachel and Arjun, thank you so so much for giving me this opportunity to capture your special day! I just know you will continue to be an incredible couple and I wish you both all the happiness in the world.
