Isabelle and Eric love story began at a Dragonboat competition four years ago at Toronto Islands. Despite that they were competing against each other on different teams, Eric got in touch with Isabelle and the rest is history. Their relationship has overcome long distance with Eric working in Edmonton and Isabelle living in Toronto. Last year, Eric proposed where they first met on Toronto Islands. So sweet!
Isabelle and Eric’s wedding day took on fall inspired colours with rich burgundy and cream colours. Their Tyndale Chapel wedding started there that morning, where Isabelle got ready. Despite that they were having a traditional church ceremony, they opted for a first look right before where they got to see each other and share an intimate moment before they tied the knot!
We later went to Edwards Gardens for their wedding photos. I so loved the rich red Henkaa dresses Isabelle’s bridesmaids wore and Eric and his groomsmen tied in the colours (quite literally – in their ties!) It wasn’t quite filled with fall colours just yet, but we were able to find some natural autumn splendour! They later celebrated their marriage with many of their family and friends in a traditional Chinese banquet at Premiere Banquet Hall.
Isabelle and Eric’s wedding was such an amazing day filled with so much fun! The weather was perfect and everything ran smoothly. My favourite part of the day was when Eric teared up (yes he still teared up even after he already saw her that morning at their reveal!) when Isabelle came down the aisle. These two are so so sweet together and I’m so happy to have captured their special day!
