2015 was our second year in business and just like 2014, it was incredible. To be one of the best Toronto Wedding Photographers. We photographed over 30 weddings this year and each one of them was an amazing experience. We were back at some of our favourite venues but also discovered so many more stunning places! Every one of our clients were beautiful both inside and out. It was such a treasure to get to know them and their families and photograph their special days. I absolutely love being able to capture the love stories of our clients and share them with the world. It gives me so much satisfaction to know that my clients will have beautiful timeless photos that they can treasure. It is a joy that I can’t explain but fills my heart entirely. We have had so many people come back to thank us for what we have been able to provide them. I honestly believe that a picture tells a thousand words. It tells a story of love, beauty and joy which can be cherished well into the future.
In 2015, we expanded into Australia which was an absolute dream. Truly! It has always been my dream to be able to photograph weddings but also to photograph them back at home! Australia is such a gorgeous country and much like Canada, is filled was sensational natural beauty (and let’s not forget the most happiest and fun people!) I honestly can’t believe I get paid to do what I do because I just love it! As of December 31, I left my full-time office job in the financial district to take on this journey to be a full-time wedding photographer. I’m so excited to take this next chapter into the world of wedding photography.
2016 will be an even more momentous year because it will be the year that my Elliott, and I will be having our wedding! It’s been such a pleasure to work alongside my best friend for the last two years. In May we will be sharing our own vows and exchanging rings in Bali. Then in September, we’ll be back in Toronto to celebrate with more of our family and friends. So stay tuned to this blog or Instagram (#sammyelliottwedding) and I will keep you updated with all of it (with tonnes of photos, of course!)
Happy New Year everybody! Bring on 2016!
